TIGER PLAIN / PUSH TROLLEY TYPE TP

The Tiger TP Push Travel Trolley is specifically engineered to suspend and carry a load along a beam using the bottom flange and a set of rollers (or wheels). This design allows for effortless horizontal travel through manual pushing or pulling.

• The Tiger TP Plain Trolley Capacity ranges from 0.5t up to to 15.0t
• Tiger trolley wheels are specially designed with a convex profile eliminating potential point loading
• Optionally available as Geared type TGS (with hand chain length cut to suit your requirements)
• Operating temperature of -30°C to +50°C (temperature range of -50°C to +50°C available as an option)

• The wheels run on sealed bearings for smoother rolling with less effort and maintenance
• Extended beam width available
• Optional beam locking device - please get in touch for more details

• The anti-drop plates design ensures extra safety, and also prevents damage to the wheels when contacting end rail stoppers
• Twin bar or single bar trolleys available

These units meet and exceed all the requirements within BS EN 13157: 2004+A1:2009 and AS1418.2.

Certification: Each Tiger TPT Push Travel Trolley unit comes fully certified with a test certificate or an EC Declaration of Conformity stating compliance with the essential health and safety requirements of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC
