The wire rope puller is excellent, but I mis calculated the size of wire rope needed. To get 30m in length, which I wanted, I missed the fact the wire rope has a 16mm diameter which makes it almost too heavy to lift. I would have appreciated some more upfront guidance to beware of the weight .

I was looking for a hoist for a 120kg chandelier
This hoist is very easy to operate and has a very smooth winding action both up and down and copes with the load easily
The hoist feels like it’s definitely heavy duty and well engineered
Needing a replacement winch for a now discontinued one, I contacted Winchshop asking for a like for like. They identified a near identical winch and recommended it. Problem solved!
Product arrived in good order and as described in good order.
It could have been better packaged as it was just loose in a large box with little to no stuffing.
Didn’t order until late in the day but the order was sorted and ready for collection within the hour.
